Sample Contracts

IPAG makes sample contracts available to you for dealing with R&D co-operations, intellectual property rights, licensing agreements, patents, contract research and non-disclosure, for free. All sample contracts are the result of a communal development between Austrian universities and enterprises subject to the guidance of specialist attorneys. Please read the legal information and conditions of use.

The aim of the IPAG project is to break down the barriers for enterprises in the transfer of technology through relevant information and sample contracts. Use is free of charge in every case.

There are currently the following 6 categories of sample contracts:

• IP-transfer
• Software development and data usage
• Material transfer agreements
• Uni spin-offs
• Non-disclosure agreements
