This ERA Polcy Agenda related study proposes an exploratory framework with 16 indicators and 41 metrics, combining established and novel data-driven approaches. It covers traditional knowledge transfer and academia–industry collaboration, as well as value creation through standardisation, policy-making and citizen engagement. The report concludes with recommendations for piloting, methodological refinement and improved data alignment to support a harmonised EU monitoring approach on knowledge valorisation.
