World IP Day 2022

Curtain call for women in IP!

Women patent less, there are fewer female patent attorneys, fewer female patent engineers. Why are intellectual property rights and their protection less attractive to women despite the fact that nowadays they are often the prerequisite to a successful company foundation? What are the reasons that make the matter less attractive to women and how can we interest more people, in particular women, in the matter of IPR and this important field?

We would like to use this year’s NCP-IP World IP Day Event to attract women in this professional field and to discover more about their recipes for success and the hurdles business presents. In conversation, we would like to encourage women to protect their ideas and make the subject matter of the protection of intellectual property more attractive to more people, in particular women.
