Spin-Off Journey: Navigating through the diversity of spin-off worlds

Every spin-off journey is different and individual. With this NCP-IP breakfast, we would like to draw attention to the different interests of the various parties in the spin-off process. Investors, universities and spin-offs sometimes have different interests and requirements, which can lead to tensions and delays in the spin-off process. In addition, there are also important dos and don'ts or important aspects to consider, especially in the IP area, which can put an academic spin-off on a successful footing or lead to failure.
